Nabila Juma Al Balushi trained at NHI in1998 where she completed an NVQ Level 2 in Housekeeping Operations.

On graduation from NHI Nabila went to work for the Sheraton Hotel, starting as a Room Attendant, grasped the role fast, first promoted to Office Coordinator and then to Supervisor In 2004. As her hotel was closing down for major refurbishment, she did not want to sit at home and duly joined the Shangri -la Barr Al Jissa Resort & Spa as Housekeeping Service Leader in 2005. In 2009 Nabila development saw her being sent to China to attend training at the Shangri-la Academy. With her goals in mind, Nabila joined Grand Hyatt in 2010 as Assistant Manager Housekeeping, where she hopes will take her to new heights, as she aspires to develop in Housekeeping Management and a future General Manager.
