Waiters Certificate Level 1

Housekeepers Certificate Level 1

Basic Housekeepers Certificate – Short Course

Duration: 2 weeks, 5 days a week, 2 hours a day.

Food & Beverage Certificate – Short Course

Opera Front Office Support Certificate

Duration: 12 weeks, 2 days a week

Course Content: A support package providing theoretical and practical training in the use and operations of the Opera system. Suitable for Front Office employees in the hospitality industry.

Telephone Skills Certificate

Duration: 3 hours

Course Content: Provides training on familiarisation of company standards for greetings when receiving calls, appropriate and polite call handling, putting callers on hold and transferring calls. Suitable for all employees in contact with clients and customers on the telephone.

Butler Service Certificate

Duration: 4 weeks, 3 days a week, 2 hours a day

Course Content: Provides training in the highest standards of service to royalty, dignitaries, bureaucrats and leaders in commerce and industry and effectively operating a high profile food service function. Candidates will gain knowledge about wines, spirits, cigars, valet duties and security procedures.

Tea Boy Certificate

Duration: 5 days, 2 hours a day
